Daniel A. lukas

Daniel A. Lukas co-founded Structured Development in January 2002. Prior to founding Structured Development, since 1985 Mr. Lukas was engaged in the practice of law with the law firm of Seyfarth Shaw where he handled a wide range of real estate, tax, financing, and corporate matters, gaining an expertise in representation of real estate development firms.

Mr. Lukas previously worked with clients such as Hospitality Properties Trust, Health and Retirement Property Trust, Wyndham Hotels and affiliated entities, Trammel Crow L.P., Starwood Lodging, DoDi Property Trust (Dominick’s Finer Foods), Westfield Homes, Carrol Homes, Rubloff, and ORIX. Mr. Lukas has a Legal Masters (taxation) from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (with honors) from Washburn University, and a BA from Purdue University.
