Originally a cold storage warehouse of the 1930's, restored in 1999 after 25 years of vacancy. The 166,000 square foot Class A commercial office space was designed to house Sara Lee and Branded Foods divisions. The property was later sold to Kendall College in 2003 and redeveloped into the preeminent culinary school in North America.
