HIDE KASHIMA

Hide Kashima joined Structured Development in March 2013 with over 17 years of real estate experience.  Prior to joining Structured Development, Mr. Kashima held the position of Development Director at Westfield LLC, where he was responsible for all development-related issues for a portfolio of regional shopping malls in Ohio, Nebraska and Illinois (including Old Orchard Shopping Center).  Over his 9 1/2 years at Westfield, Mr. Kashima worked on shopping mall expansions and renovations by obtaining municipal and anchor tenant approvals, seeking public financing, leading a team of consultants as well as negotiating big box leasing deals.

Prior to Westfield, Mr. Kashima was a Director at FTI Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he managed various consulting engagements specifically related to the real estate industry, such as mortgage-backed securities, bulk sales of non-performing loans, loan servicing, underwriting, valuations, transaction due diligence, bankruptcy, litigation, as well as retail, multi-family, single-family, office and hospitality real estate.

Mr. Kashima graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
