Jeff BErta

Jeff Berta joined Structured Development in January 2005. Prior to joining Structured Development, since 1990 Mr. Berta has held a number of positions in the real estate development and construction management fields working for Harris Bank, 3Com Corporation, US Robotics, Merchandise Mart Properties, and Valerio Dewalt Train.. Mr. Berta graduated with a BA in Fine and Applied Arts and a Masters Degree in Architecture, and has been a registered architect with the State of Illinois since 1993.

Mr. Berta’s background and experience in architecture, corporate real estate and owner/tenant representation has resulted in the successful design and management of many high profile and complex projects for various market segmets such as retail, commercial, industrial, institutional, hospitality, and manufacturing.
